Spending your Thanksgiving in Vegas? Well, the word on the street is that Andre’s at Monte Carlo has the best Thanksgiving feast in town. The famous celebrity chef, Andre Rochat’s AAA Four Diamond French restaurant is serving an amazing five-course menu priced at $85 a person. Below is a mouthwatering description of the five-course menu.
“The decadent meal begins with an amuse bouche of foie gras and chestnut mousse with a green apple chip before the first course: a warm Kabocha squash soup with crispy duck confit and a port wine reduction. For the second course, guests can choose between the lobster sausage with a spicy crayfish sauce and fleuron or the mushroom ravioli with parsley-garlic butter and celery root purée—either way, you can’t go wrong. For the main course, diners can dig in to one of four entrée selections: André’s traditional turkey with giblet gravy, cranberry relish, leg confit, sweet potato croquette, dried fruit stuffing and green bean anglaise; the pan-roasted salmon with truffle jus, potato and crab gnocchi and butter-braised cabbage; the maple-glazed pork tenderloin with whole grain mustard jus, pumpkin and Gruyère purée, and crispy Brussels sprouts; and a warm vegetable tart. As if that wasn’t enough, a red and yellow endive salad with white balsamic vinaigrette, goat cheese and toasted hazelnuts is served for the fourth course, followed by your choice of André’s pecan pie with a rum raisin ice cream and crème fraîche, a pumpkin pie with cinnamon Chantilly and crème anglaise or an apple tart tatin with a caramel sauce and vanilla bean ice cream for dessert.”
